Kabbalah Portal is a place of study. Participating in a pathway, attending a live gathering, viewing a study resource, or using any part of Kabbalah Portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
These Terms apply to all visitors, Members, Chevarim Members, Residents, Resident Pass holders, Pledges, participants, and any person accessing Kabbalah Portal materials, spaces, resources, emails, recordings, posts, study packets, gatherings, or pathways.
Study Purpose
Kabbalah Portal provides study resources, spiritual education, source-based materials, meditations, writings, recordings, gatherings, and pathway-based study structures.
The material shared through Kabbalah Portal is provided for personal study, spiritual development, educational engagement, and participation within the appropriate access pathway.
Kabbalah Portal is organized through study structures, Circuits, memberships, pathway access, Resident resources, and related educational spaces. Access to materials may vary according to pathway, membership, participation status, access level, or current study structure.

Residency
Resident Pass
Pledge
Chevarim Membership
Special study access
Live gatherings
Private study resources
Circuit-based access
Other approved pathways created by Kabbalah Portal
Access to one area of Kabbalah Portal gives access only to the materials, spaces, and resources connected to that pathway or membership level.
Kabbalah Portal may update, pause, refine, reorganize, or retire access pathways, study spaces, Member areas, groups, Circuits, archives, resources, or membership structures at any time.
Member Profiles and Account Access
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, login credentials, payment information, and contact details.
Member profiles are connected to access pathways, study participation, communication, and resource availability.
Kabbalah Portal may review Member profiles for activity, participation, pathway status, access accuracy, payment standing, security, and alignment with the current study structure.
Kabbalah Portal may remove, restrict, pause, or delete Member profiles connected to inactivity, expired access, pathway closure, nonpayment, disruptive conduct, unauthorized sharing, misuse of materials, or other access concerns.
Inactive Member Profiles
Kabbalah Portal may periodically review inactive Member profiles.
Inactive profiles may include profiles with limited engagement, expired access, lack of pathway movement, absence from study participation, inactive Circuit involvement, outdated membership status, or inactivity during a prior Circuit.
Inactive Member profiles selected for removal may be deleted from the system, including associated profile data connected to inactive access.
Profile deletion may be separate from payment records, transaction records, email records, security logs, or records maintained by Wix, payment processors, or other service providers. Kabbalah Portal may retain limited records as needed for accounting, legal compliance, platform integrity, access history, security, or administrative purposes.
Members whose profiles are removed may create a new profile through the current sign-up pathway, subject to the access structures available at that time.
3rd Meal and Study Resources
The 3rd Meal is a study resource of Kabbalah Portal.
3rd Meal materials may include Circuit study integration, source-based teaching, parashah reflections, meditations, blessings, practice prompts, spiritual commentary, and related study architecture.
Access to the 3rd Meal may be public, private, paused, archived, membership-based, Resident-based, Chevarim-based, or otherwise structured according to the current access policy of Kabbalah Portal.
Kabbalah Portal may prepare, pause, restrict, archive, or reorganize 3rd Meal access at any time.
Chevarim Membership
Chevarim Membership is a direct support pathway for those who want to remain connected to the 3rd Meal and stay actively engaged with Kabbalah Portal.
Chevarim Membership may include access to selected study resources, 3rd Meal materials, archives, notes, updates, or other offerings assigned to the membership pathway.
Chevarim Membership access may change as Kabbalah Portal updates its study structure, membership offerings, or access pathways.
Payments, Billing, and Cancellations
Paid pathways, memberships, subscriptions, study access, events, or resources may require payment.
All fees, billing terms, renewal terms, and access periods are presented through the applicable purchase, checkout, invoice, subscription, or membership page.
By purchasing a paid pathway, membership, subscription, event, or resource, you authorize the payment according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Recurring memberships or subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless canceled through the available cancellation method.
Cancellation affects future billing according to the plan settings and platform processing rules. Access may remain active through the current billing period or end according to the applicable plan structure.
Refunds, credits, transfers, and adjustments are handled according to the written refund policy, purchase terms, or case-by-case review by Kabbalah Portal.
Intellectual Property
All materials created, prepared, written, recorded, designed, taught, posted, emailed, published, displayed, or distributed by Kabbalah Portal are the intellectual property of Kabbalah Portal unless otherwise stated.
This includes study materials, writings, source translations, commentary, posts, recordings, videos, images, graphics, meditations, blessings, PDFs, emails, newsletters, study packets, course materials, Resident resources, 3rd Meal materials, Chevarim materials, Circuit materials, pathway resources, and related content.
All rights are reserved in all media.
Personal Study License
Kabbalah Portal grants users a limited, personal, revocable license to access materials assigned to their current access pathway for personal study only.
This license allows personal viewing, reading, listening, study, and use within the active pathway connected to the Member’s access level.
You agree to avoid:
Copying materials for distribution
Forwarding paid or protected emails
Sharing private links
Posting protected materials publicly
Uploading materials to other platforms
Selling, repackaging, teaching, reproducing, or redistributing Kabbalah Portal materials
Using Kabbalah Portal materials for commercial purposes
Recording live gatherings without permission
Removing copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or proprietary marks
Using Kabbalah Portal materials to create competing study products, courses, memberships, publications, or services
Access to Kabbalah Portal materials is a license for personal study. It is never a transfer of ownership.
Sharing and Redistribution
Protected study materials are intended to remain inside the access pathway for which they were prepared.
Members, Residents, Chevarim Members, Pledges, and participants agree to keep protected materials within the appropriate study vessel.
Unauthorized sharing, forwarding, copying, posting, screenshotting, recording, downloading, publishing, teaching, selling, or redistributing Kabbalah Portal materials may result in access removal, membership cancellation, profile deletion, and additional action as appropriate.
Live Gatherings and Participation
Kabbalah Portal may offer live gatherings, study sessions, events, ceremonies, workshops, Resident activities, Shabbat-related gatherings, or other live spaces.
Participants agree to enter these spaces with respect, attentiveness, punctuality, and care for the study container.
Kabbalah Portal may remove or restrict access for disruptive behavior, disrespectful conduct, repeated interruption, harassment, misuse of chat or comments, unauthorized recording, inappropriate solicitation, or behavior that interferes with the study environment.
Conduct
Users agree to engage with Kabbalah Portal respectfully.
Kabbalah Portal may restrict, pause, cancel, or remove access for conduct including harassment, threats, abusive language, disruptive behavior, unauthorized sharing, intellectual property misuse, payment issues, fraudulent activity, impersonation, privacy violations, platform misuse, or conduct that harms the study structure.
Kabbalah Portal may determine access concerns at its sole discretion.
Educational and Spiritual Disclaimer
Kabbalah Portal provides spiritual and educational study materials.
Kabbalah Portal materials are offered for personal study and spiritual reflection. They are distinct from medical, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic, or professional advice.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, actions, wellbeing, spiritual practice, and professional care.

Accuracy and Updates

Termination of access may include removal from groups, removal from email lists, profile deletion, cancellation of resource access, or loss of Member status.
Changes to These Terms
