Megillah וMoshe

This Resident function gathers the community for the core Purim mitzvah of hearing Megillat Esther. The reading serves as the entry gate for Purim Light through the ear, and the story arrives as living limud, where hidden governance becomes legible through the sequence of reversals. Unity in the room forms a single vessel for joy, protection, and ordered perception.

The gathering opens with a short pre reading consciousness led by Moshe that sets kavanah for the night and frames the inner posture for receiving the scroll. The Megillah is then read from beginning to end, held as one continuous act of listening and reception, allowing the full arc of the story to settle cleanly in the vessel and illuminate Purim’s guidance for the days ahead.
